Time to use up some leftovers.  Bummer.

Sunday:

The Big Salad

Monday:

Macaroni & “Cheese” with Broccoli Florets

Tuesday:

Pan-Seared Tofu with Grilled Asparagus

Wednesday:

Grilled Mustard-Crusted Seitan Cutlets with Crispy Brussels Sprouts

Thursday:

Burritos with Black Beans, Brown Rice, Tomatoes, Guacamole, and Onions

Friday:

Takeout Day

Saturday:

Something with a giant head of cauliflower, but I’m not sure what yet.
