Falafel in Whole Wheat Pitas with Tahini Dressing, Lettuce, Tomato, and Onion
Thursday:
Quesadillas with Corn Tortillas, Daiya, Black Beans, and Tomato Salsa
Friday:
Seitan Kale and Carrots, with a Spicy Peanut Sauce

ah…homemade ‘za…love it. it’s about the only thing i’m allowed to make in the kitchen these days. oh and chocolate chip cookies of course. i leave the healthy stuff for the other guy.
