It’s Lunch.

  I never learned to appreciate the simple lunchtime staple- tuna salad.  Probably because it’s normally made with mayonnaise, which I have mentioned before, is gross.

The pleasure of a sandwich.

Broccoli Rabe.  I never would have imagined it possible that this super-vegetable could be the filling of a sandwich so awesome, so friggin’ delicious, that it would make me question the merits of every other sandwich I’ve ever tasted.  Ever.
